What can/shall I do if my bracelet happens to break?
In the unfortunate event that you bracelet should break, please send us your order number, name, your shipping address, together with a picture of your damaged bracelet and short description of what happened using the “Submit a Request” link on our website. We will then send you a replacement as soon as possible.
If I have a coupon code, how can I apply it?
Simply add your desired products to the cart as normal and then enter your discount/coupon code into the applicable box during checkout.
How can I return something?
All purchases made through our website are final. We do offer returns and replacements for products that are damaged upon arrival, however. Please see “What can/shall I do if my bracelet happens to break?”
Also, if your bracelet should breaks within a year of purchasing it, please send it back to us and we will gladly send you a replacement bracelet of similar value/design.

I have a retail store and would love to carry your bracelets. How can I do this?
If you would like to be a wholesaler of our products then please kindly contact us via email and we can take the necessary steps to see that happen.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
If you receive an item different than that you had ordered, please get in touch with us via email and with your personal information as well as the product order number and details and we will make sure your issue is sorted as soon as possible.
What if my package is missing?
If you are unable to locate or track a shipment online directly with the shipping agency then please feel free to contact us via email and we will help you as soon as possible.
My shipping is a gift to someone special. Do you include the price of the item?
We will not include any pricing information in our shipments. You will receive only the bracelet + tags, a small colourful leaflet explaining the cause of N2M and of course that beautiful hand woven pouch to encase it all. We understand that several bracelets will be made as gifts and have made our best efforts in making the presentation and packaging as beautiful as possible.
